Dr. Helen Plavnik
Dr. Helen Plavnik grew up in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1988. She received her B.S. in biochemistry, with honors, from the University of Chicago. After receiving her M.D. from University of Illinois, Chicago, she completed her residency in OB/GYN at Lutheran General Hospital. Dr. Plavnik is affiliated with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and Ascension Saint Francis Hospital. She is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
